Please read all terms & conditions before ordering.

All orders placed by you and purchases of goods from us are based on these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by us.

All orders placed by you and purchases of goods by you are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right not to accept an order at any time and for any reason, we will not be liable to you or anyone else in this situation.

We will aim to dispatch orders within 4-5 days (working days), unless stated otherwise. Orders are sent with Evri, DPD or Royal Mail, this is dependent on the size/weight of the order. Please note all timescales with couriers are approximate and Something Different Gifts can not be held responsible for delays occurred by the couriers.

The cut off time for orders is 4pm, any orders placed after this time will be processed the following working day.

PERSONALISED ITEMS

Please take care when entering any personalisation info, for example names, or initials. Once order has been processed, any mistakes can not be changed.

Uploaded images, on occasion may not be suitable for certain print items. If any uploaded images turn out to be unsuitable,  I will email you as soon as possible to discuss alternatives.

RETURNS

All personalised/custom items are none returnable or refundable, unless faulty. Please email images of any faults/damage as soon as possible. This will be reviewed & resolved accordingly.
